Welcome the start of true spring in the Northwest with 8 courses of seasonal, local fare reflecting the best of this time in our beautiful corner of the world.

Joining us for the evening is the director of Schatzi Wines, a wine import book that we have fallen head-over-heels for. We will be sharing wines from France and Slovenia that we are very excited about, paired with the best spring produce imaginable.
