Bonjour!
Bonjour!
Crowfriend wine dinner!
April 22, 6:00 pm
Sashi Moorman and Raj Parr are two names to know in the wine world. Raj is considered by many to be the best sommelier in the world and Sashi might be the most innovative and talented winemaker in the United States. Join us as we welcome Sashi for a multi-course Crowfriend dinner on April 22 at 6:00 pm.
Sashi and Raj have multiple projects together spanning the West Coast, and we are going to sample wine from Sandhi, Piedrasassi, and Evening Land, three of their four projects.
Sandhi, sanskrit for joining, is their take on burgundy from Central California. Laser-focused Chardonnay and expressive Pinot Noir. At Piedrasassi, they primarily focus on Syrah, with fruit from only the best vineyards in the Central Coast of California. Think cool climate and America’s answer to the Northern Rhone. Then we come to Evening Land, long considered the best vineyard site in the Willamette Valley.
Join us for the next Crowfriend dinner, and enjoy six course of PNW spring and meet one of the legends of American winemaking, all while being a bit hedonistic.
